Price & Delivery Charges

The price of each product will be the one displayed on our website at the time you confirm your order. In case of any technical error, we will not be held responsible. If you later amend your order by adding new items, the applicable price will be the one shown at the time the amendment is confirmed. Prices may change anytime without prior notice depending on demand and seasonal availability. Some items may be listed for a limited period only, and certain products may become unavailable.

Pricing Beyond MRP

We do not sell strictly at MRP. Many of our nostalgic snacks and candies (such as Chatmola, Mango Masti, etc.) are sourced from different cities because they are not easily available in one place. Due to transport and sourcing expenses, some of our products may be priced slightly higher than MRP. This difference is usually small (₹20–30) and helps us continue offering rare and hard-to-find items.

Packing Costs

As food products require safe handling, all orders are carefully packed before shipping. We use strong boxes (ranging from ₹10 to ₹60 depending on size and quality) along with tape and proper sealing. Since charging separately for packing on every order is difficult, these costs are included in the product price for better clarity.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping fee of ₹80 per order is applied. We pay our courier partners (such as Amazon Shipping) based on package weight. For example, ₹80 is charged for 500 gms, with higher costs for heavier parcels up to 4 kg. Customers are not charged extra for heavier shipments, even if our shipping expense is higher.

Website Maintenance & Payment Gateway Charges

To keep The Tangy Bites running smoothly, we pay regular website maintenance charges. A small cut is also taken by the payment gateway (Cash free) on every online transaction. These expenses are part of operating an e-commerce business, but we always aim to keep our prices affordable.

Product Affordability

Product descriptions are clearly mentioned on the website so customers can easily understand details before ordering. Our range is designed to be budget-friendly, starting from just ₹15 and going up to ₹100, so everyone can enjoy our snacks.

Product Quality & Liability Disclaimer

The Tangy Bites is not liable for any spoilage, contamination, or defects found in the product, whether arising from manufacturing, packing, handling, storage, or transit conditions beyond our control.

Store Option (Malout)

If you still feel that our online prices are slightly higher, you are welcome to visit our physical store in Malout, where most items are sold at MRP
